UN-NGO Representative - Sr Griselda Martinez Morales
We are happy to announce that the Global Coordinating Committee has selected Griselda Martínez Morales, CSJ of Lyon's Mexico province as the next UN NGO Representative of the Congregations of St. Joseph. Griselda brings rich experience and a heart for this ministry which serves the worldwide community of Sisters of St. Joseph and all of the people who are connected to us by ministry and affection. Sister Griselda will replace Sister Carol Zinn, who has worked on our behalf for some years at the UN. She will begin her ministry in the fall.
International Centre in Le Puy - New Team
We would like to introduce you to the International Centre's Team. Carol Crepeau is a member of the Congregation of St. Joseph whose home is in LaGrange (Chicago). Martha Tharamuttathu belongs to the Lyon congregation and her home is in Kerala, India. Rita Baum is a member of the congregation in St. Augustine and she is currently living in Jacksonville, FL.
Martha has been at the center for a year. Carol's current ministry is facilitation and consultation for religious communities and not-for-profit organizations. Rita is Homes Coordinator for L'Arche in Jacksonville. They will all be together mid-September in LePuy.
These women bring rich and varied experience to the ministry of the International Centre and they are eager to welcome you when you come for pilgrimage, a program, or some quiet time.
