A recent post on the Sisters of St. Joseph of Toronto website shares three stories of God’s compassionate love in our world.
Celebrating the 350th Anniversary of the death of Father Jean-Pierre Medaille
On December 30th, Sisters of St. Joseph throughout the world give thanks to God for the vision and mentorship of Father Medaille, who with our first six sisters established our congregation in 1650 in Le-Puy-en-Velay, France. In festive celebration trees will be planted as a sign of his legacy being carried into the future. An Evening Prayer Service and a Reflection have been prepared by Sr. Rosemary O’Toole.
